EXO over CSL with no waiting??

I know, not exactly the right place for this thread. Give me a few days to learn the new format lol. If this has been asked before I couldn't find it.

Not much info on CSL. The AG instructions do say to put EXO on immediately after CSL, no waiting. Has anyone done this?? I don't want to be one of the people to find out there actually should have been a wait time.

You can apply EXO over CSL after you finish applying CSL with no waiting.

Start applying the EXO at the same place you started applying the CSL and go in the same direction.

Normally that will be about 1 hour after applying CSL on a medium sized sedan, which is okay.

Thank you, I read that. Wanted confirmation from someone who has done it.
How do you like the combination??

It's a good combination. EXO is very slick and hydrophobic but IMO it was a little finicky to work with.

I've used EXO quite a few times. It can be finicky, especially in warmer weather. The CSL was easier to work with?

I found CSL much easier to work with.

Check out the application instructions on the Gtechniq website also.

Good to know. I appreciate the info. Is CSL easier than C1, if you've used C1?

I've never used C1 but I know someone who has used both and he finds CSL easier to work with.

Sometimes it depends on the paint. On another occasion this same detailer I was talking about, found C1 to work better than CSL on a trailer he was working on.

Great. Sounds like it should be a pretty easy application then.
