Lightbulb Lighting for new detail bay

Being in Michigan it's time to detail in my garage. I am in the process of adding tons of insulation. Sheet rock going in starting tomorrow. Walls and ceiling will be painted white. I need to have detailing lighting installed soon on the ceiling. Any suggestions are appreciated.

4' LED's is what I run. I have 2 but just mounted 2 more and need to wire them. They are super bright. My garage is 24x24.

    Specs on them:

1,800+ lumens per LED tube. They are 18 watts each. And the color is 5000 Kelvin. With a CRI of 85.

Just installed qty (4) 4ft long dual bulb high output T5 Florecents and LOVE them. 39k lumens of enjoyment. I have a 9ft ceiling Now I just need to paint walls and ceiling. I looked at the LED's but they weren't nearly as bright and powerful and were way more expensive. I paid $37ea for mine at Home Depot.

Here's how they light up my car.

Here's a pick of the front of the garage.

2010 Urban Platinum Metallic CRV EX-L & 2014 Mica Black Metallic Toyota Corolla S (kids)
