If I posted my "special" car projects further in advance would that help anyone to make travel arrangements to be here?

The opportunity to see one of these cars is rare, the opportunity to be able to take a MACHINE to one of these cars is even more rare. What makes projects like this even more fun is opening the doors and inviting our forum members to be part of car detailing history.

We need to knock this one out in the appropriate amount of time, I want to watch the Ryan/Biden Debate which comes on at 9:00pm Eastern Time.

Nice Mike! I like that.
Would love to be there. If only the bike was up for the trip. Announcing these sooner would help, but being half a days drive away, I would need a plane ticket with the earlier announcment.LOL
Hope you guys have. Can't wait to see the before close up shots.

I'm planning on taking some good high resolution before shots of the swirls and also a video outside with the sun doing what it does best for swirled-out paint.
Let's cross our fingers it's sunny...
Hook, nook or crook I'm going to get the shots. I love taking the wind out of the sails of the people that don't think there are swirls in the paint.
This Thursday night's project is going to be a blast plus I'm going to make some short videos on a couple of topics using this car as my demo car.

Max built this studio to be used and Thursday night we're going to use it. Everyone that comes down to the Autogeek Show Car Garage Studio this Thursday night is going to get a chance to wheel a classic big block muscle car and when we're done and the paint on this beauty shines like a diamond they can stand back and say,
I was part of the A-Team that fixed the paint on this car and it looks good....
This Thursday I'm going to make a number of videos using this car because the swirls are pretty horrendous, but as soon as the videos are finished we're going to take rotary buffers to this car for the major correction step. After that we'll finish it out with DA Polishers to ensure a swirl free finish.
Tommy likes Pinnacle polishes and waxes so this is the product line we're going to use for the restoration.
I'll take plenty of pictures showing the before condition, the process we used, including pictures of everyone working on the car and the the after shots.
So stay tuned because on Friday you're going to see a diamond in the rough turned into a glistening gemstone...

Burn outs in the parking lot? Oh wait this car is going to be to shinny to even drive!!! Weather report looks good. Onions, mushrooms, maybe olives and pepperoni?

Hey Tim,
If you can, try to bring your 1957 Chevy, I'd like to move it into the shop and get some good high resolution pictures of it ahead of time and then we'll plan on doing your show car makeover after SEMA
