Before he left,Nick said the XCE was going to be introduced along with the force pads at the same time at AG. Pads are here so one might think the machine shouldn't be too far behind. We shall see.

The counter-clockwise rotation of the 3401 is something that kept me from ever seriously considering to buy one. I know that if you use it enough that you get the hang of it but that is something I never wanted to deal with. I've been using clockwise rotating polishers since the late 1960s and the counter-clockwise 3401 just seemed so wrong to me.
It's really not a big deal. U don't even notice it after a while. What clockwise forced rotation do you use?

Yeah, never really notice it either, even when switching from Flex to Rupes mid-job. Wonder if that just speaks to my inattention to, uh, detail?

I never noticed it either, until a friend of mine pointed out to me that when I went to pick up more product depending on left to right or right to left I would splatter product. then I splattered product. It was his car, in his garage, so I just laughed!
Never have noticed it since.

I was waiting on SEMA for the release of the XCE. Not sure if this was discussed or not. Anyone know anything?
