    First Engine Detail

Did my first engine detail on my personal 2013 Regal with e-assist, mild hybrid. I drive a lot highway miles and this thing was dirty. Recently bought the BLACKFIRE Cosmetic Engine Detail Kit from AG and was really impressed how it turned out. I have to say it took me longer than 7 minutes to complete, maybe more like 30 - 40 minutes. Not perfectly clean but with the electronics on this car I didn't want to risk any high pressure water.

Nice job looks really good , I have to do mine I think ill wait till the spring. I definitely agree I wouldnt use any high pressure water on a new vehicle either, your asking for trouble maybe not today or tomorrow but it will cause issues!

Great work! Better to be safe than sorry when it comes to electrical. The more you do obviously the quicker you get at it but half hour first go being extra cautious isn't bad time!

Wow! That looks incredible in the afters. Better than when it rolled out of the factory. I wouldn't be too concerned about spending 30-40 mins instead of 7-10 mins. I'm pretty careful too when i clean engines and remain cautious of any sensitive areas.

    Great job, my friend
