Backing Plates
So I am constantly hearing about people complaining about how hard pads are to get off of the super gripping Rupes backing plates (I don't find this)... have you guys not notice that Rupes also does a 'less grippy' backing plate?
It's grey in color instead of blue. I didn't know about it either until I found it on Kevin Brown's site.

Yes i was aware of their regular grip bp, and i am using it together with megs mf cutting pad and other lake country pads. Works well, havent't seen any problems yet.
And same as you, i just got this info from kevin brown's site too.
