How to remove fine micro surface scratches

Hi guys, I'm new to the detailing and I just started using my PC polisher. I used the XMT fine swirl remover#2 to remove the swirls, the swirls are gone but now I still have little micro surface scratches I can still see when I shine the light against the paint.

Should I go with the ultra fine swirl remover #1 to remove these light surface scratches or go with the intermediate swirl remover #3?

It sounds like you are describing micro marring. If so the next finest pad and polish should remove it.

Sounds like marring. Use a finer pad and polish(ultra fine swirl remover). What pad did you use with fine swirl remover?

I used the orange pad. Should I go with the white pad?

Yep. If that leaves marring, use a black pad.

I used the polishing micro-fiber pads this past weekend with XMT 2 and XMT 360 and no problems

Ok I tried the white pad, but seems like the white pad Is not getting rid of the swirls... maybe the some polish will remove the surface scratches?

Not sure if you're dealing with defects(swirls) or marring from the polish. Can u take a picture?
