    Need more aggressive clay ???

I am trying to clay the overspray off my vehicle, I am currently using meguires clay bar kit from WM and its taking me an excessive amount of elbow grease and I am still unable to get all of it off. The truck was in the body shop approximately 8 months ago, and it appears the overspray is yellow paint. Using the baggy my entire truck feels like its covered in 220 grit sand paper.
Overspray is on virgin paint, no wax has ever been applied due to law suit.

What is the next step up in aggressive clay that I can pick up at a local parts store????

    Thanks

Some Advance Auto stores carry Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Professional Detailing Clay - Aggressive. Some carry the Clay Magic Red.

I always keep a bar of "Clay Magic Aggressive Red Clay" around.

It will get just about anything off of paint. Especially dried on pollen drops and sap.

But you will absolutely have to polish your paint afterwards. It will marr even the hardest paints.

If you don't mind...Help me out a little bit here...

This law suit has somehow forbidden you from applying wax to "virgin-paint"...
But yet...You're allowed to clay the hecky-durn out of it?!?!

+1 on Megs red clay. We use this in my body shop to remove over spray.

This is some hardcore stuff and not easy to find other than body shops. I don't know what it's made of but not for the faint of heart. I retired mine for a Speedy Prep Towel in Medium Grade. Same results not as dangerous.

The truck had to remain in as-is condition as evidence until law suit was completed, a settlement was reached so now I am starting to clean it up. Finally! I Won by the way.

Re: Need more aggressive clay ???

I was hoping a mild - med clay would get the surface smooth without having to polish afterwards. What do you all think? I can't find anything locally, have one more place to check today before being forced to order online. I was leaning towards the meg's mild. The kit that I am currently using is called smooth surface, so I am guessing its a fine clay.
