    Re: Which one to get?

The Griots package with the 3 inch included is kinda making my mind up on this one!

You really can't go wrong with that. I have both the Griots polishers. They work awesome, and I'm glad I bought them both.

Those two were my upgrade from the PC. Glad I did it.

That 3" will come in handy more than you can even imagine. It's great for headlight restores too. Also very useful if you need to spot sand an area. Those 3000 discs do amazing things.

Search got the Griot's club package or something like that. It's both polishers, pads, cleaners and towels for $279.99. I haven't placed the order yet, but I'm gonna!

    Re: Which one to get?

Plain and simple...Griots has more correction "power"...but the PC has the dependability factor. Both will do the job nicely. My two cents..if you NEED it everyday to work..PC...if for your own personal use and you can deal with "down time" in case you have to use the lifetime warranty..Griots.

I'm one of the few I guess, my PC XP made it to 4 cars before breaking and being replaced. I did one more full correction with the new PC XP before finally replacing it with the Griot's unit. I've gone through 15 corrections and a handful of cleaner wax applications with the Griot's unit and no problems yet thankfully. I am only a part-timer so my machines aren't used day in and day out.
