adhesive removal from leather
hi mike! need a little advice please. my '10 jag has black leather seats and to prevent bolster wear on the drivers side i put a small piece of black duct tape to protect the area. its now time to put a fresh piece of tape on and when i pulled the old piece off it left some of the adhesive on the leather. im afraid to use a solvent as i feel it might lighten the black color. have you got any advice on this issue? also do you know any other way to prevent wear on the bolster? i get in and out as safely as i can but it still hits this area.
hope you are well and tks for all you do!
