Cquartz vs. Aquartz?

I hope this doesn't cause a stir, but apparently these two companies have similar products, but different claims to fame with there products. AG has Cquartz and another site has Aquartz. Some people mention these two together as the same but they both have there own personal company website, so I'm just confused, does anybody know whats going on here?

I have some info that I have gathered about both companies. With the reputation the product line has here as well as other sites I will keep my comments to myself. I have a bit of info on the products as well as the companies. If you want it PM me cause I wont be responsible for killing the golden goose!

I've never heard of it however it did intrigue me so I took a look and was very impressed buy the test I saw posted on YouTube... There does seem to be similarities between the two but after watching the test, it's conclusion pretty much tells the tail...

The only thing I've read that gives some light on the subject that at some point they were indeed the same company then as many business ventures go, there was a split, and of course on company claims to be the original with the better products, idk.... not trying to start anything just trying to make sense of it.
