Thank you Dwayne
I am a lurker but just had to add to every ones great opinions of Autogeeks customer service. I recieved a damaged shipment that was salvagable yet Dwayne wouldn't stand for only sending me what I asked to have replaced. Service over and above the norm.
Now, if they would only stop having so many sales, I might get to stop buying and really enjoy the great products they sell!
Once again,
THANK YOU ALL

To achieve excellence, excellence cannot be rushed. Technique is just as important as the product used.
While my approach takes more time, the results are far superior.

Re: Thank you Dwayne
I completely agree. AG customer service is a rarity in the world as far as I've experienced. I've called a few times and received nothing but a great response from all of the folks I've spoken with.
Thanks for being there for your community. I know I'm loyal for as long as I'm detailing and the prices stay reasonable. lol

Sorry to say I had no involvement in that escapade. The pic is quite a few years old and comes from a man who called himself appropriately "Rocket Man'.
He had a interesting website around 10 years ago but the link to it now takes you to some guy in the US selling rocket stuff. His site back then was in New Zealand if I remember right and part of the story surrounding the location was to get away from the legal stopgaps to the experiments he liked to do.
I couldn't help but use it for this blog. I had even thought about posting it with the request for suggestions on how to keep the wax from melting off of my ride.
