Mike what do you think about 3D products?
Mike what do you think about 3D products?
Anytime I get questions via e-mail, a PM or a FB message I prefer to invest my typing time where
A: It's easier for me to share links, pictures and videos.
B: More people can read and thus benefit from the information. (no just one set of eyeballs)
So I get an e-mail asking,
The 3D products appear to be a quality item.
Any thoughts on 3D.
Thank you.
Great question.
I like 3D products. They are quality products and all my experience with their products has been positive.
Also - all my experience with any of their products that use abrasive, that would be compounds, polishes and cleaner/waxes has also been positive.
The HARDEST part for any company is making products with great abrasive technology. The abrasive technology either works or it doesn't. If it doesn't then it's putting in its own defects a the same time you're trying to remove defects and in my book that's called,
Working backwards
And I for one don't and wont' work backwards. Paint is thin, no need to make it thinner needlessly. See my article here for more info...
Clearcoats are thin by Mike Phillips
Hope that helps...

Mike is now referring to himself in the third person. I knew his fame would eventually get to him.

Been doing that for years.... it's an ongoing joke at my classes and around a few here at work.
The title does reflect, (no pun intended), the e-mail that I was sent.
I don't mind answering questions sent to me by e-mail it's just I'm not going to answer them by replying to the e-mail - I'll bring them here to the forum and then send the person that e-mailed me the link to the thread I create for their question here on the forum.
