You can use it on your yacht, of course. We all have yachts here on the AG!

I will probably use it on my detailing trailer.

I checked my package. It weighed 16 lbs and there is a detail bag inside. Since it is my Xmas present I didn't dig too much further.

Sounds like they probably had one packer who messed up.

What did they do to fix it? Who did you email, because they seldom answer my emails...
I got mine today and it's the same as the picture above - no bad and NOT worth the money!!!
Like others have said, BOAT WAX?!?

On a positive note, I did finally receive the new Blackfire logo banner - it took 3 times to get the right one. The first 2 times they sent the old logo!

I sent an email through the customer service link on autogeek. Had a reply within an hour or so.

    Re: Mystery boxes!

Ok, I just sent one. Thanks!

I hope they come through for me, they have messed up 4 orders in the last few months with me. I'm getting dangerously close to just finding someplace else to make my purchases.

    Re: Mystery boxes!

I got my makeup box today. I got 4 more towels, a green wash mitt, a bottle of Collinite Auto Cleaner Wax (cool!) and a Pinnacle Detailer's Bag! The bag is awesome. It's the new one with the curved handle.
