    My New Eastwood LED Lighting

I recently purchased Eastwoods Underhood LED light. Retail is $80 but they had it on sale for $40. First impressions are nothing but good. Very bright (has a high and low setting). Folding is nice and it can hang and stand on its own. I will use it across the door openings to light up the interior and also used on the exterior to help focus where im working. Im going to use my girlfriends old I.V. med pole to hang it from and wheel it around the garage behind me when doing the exterior. The light is cordless but can be used while its charging whether its off the 12V or the wall charger. I havent used it yet but i cant wait. For the price, if i like it i will definitely buy a 2nd one for when i do 4dr vehicles and to have one on both sides of the vehicle when im doing the exterior to help keep my time down from walking the light side to side. Runs for a couple hours on HIGH on a full charge and 4-5 hours on low on a full charge. Takes 5 hours to charge. Good enough for $40 in my opinion.

EDITED: Each light bar rotates independently from the other so you can point each one in different directions. REALLY nice feature.

I don't need to call them because I don't need this light.

I ask this question because I think its an important specification for those that invest this kind of money in a LED light. A high CRI value means that whatever you are illuminating and its colors are accurately represented to the naked eye. I suppose this would benefit more for bodywork guys as they need to color match. But for swirls maybe not so much. I do seem to recall that light color temperature affects how visible swirls can be seen over certain paint pigments.

I know what CRI value is and this light is only $50. If im spending $600 and asked about the $600 light, then yes that would matter.

and im also not going to spend a high dollar amount on a light to help light the interior.
