What's on my Tires?
Bought a new to me SUV from the dealer and this brown stuff is on the tires. What is it and how to remove? Tried Megs APC full strength with a brush. Little better.

It looks like a scuff mark as if you scraped a curb. Clean the tire again and reapply your favorite tire dressing. That should straighten it right out.
