Pads for swirlkiller

Ok guys i just got into the world of long throw polishers. Been using a portercable for the last 3 years..it's a 15mm throw and I'm not sure which pads to use. I know adams has there own but I want to try something different

I would love too, never used anything other then foam. It has. 5 inch backing plate, just worried about the extra heat from the long throw

I have the Meguiars microfiber pad kit. 2 wax pads and 2 cutting pads plus D300 and D301

Well they don't have a 5.5 inch pad..I asked they guy I buy my adams stuff from and he said that's the only backing plate for the polisher..he advised not to use a 6inch pad
