Per the manufacture - no, no harm should be done. I'm not really sure how acidic it really is. I'm going to check tomorrow if one of our labs have a ph meter so I can measure it.

I used it for years and seldom had to break out a brush at all but there were occasions where it was necessary. I still consider it an excellent product but you must spray it on every single nook & cranny to get the results you desire.

Cons:
1. Twice the price of Meguiars Wheel Brightener (when comparing the gallon size containers.

It's actually more like 10x the cost of Megs Wheel Brightener when you factor in that Wheel Brightener dilutes @4:1 yielding you 5 gallons for $20...

With this Poorboys being RTU, you'd have to spend $200 in order to have 5 gallons of acid based wheel cleaner.

Just sayin...

I dilute the poorboys stuff 4:1 too and it still works great. I've never used it straight.
