How to get scratches out? Chrome trim, door handles
I have chrome door handles, trim line on door panels, around windows, and around grill. I used some Meguiars chrome polish from auto store on chrome door handles today and it seemed to make it worst than before. What can I use to get the scratches out of my door handles and rest of the chrome around the car?
p.s. I use the same Meguiars chrome polish on my rims with the Meguiars Dynacone wheel polisher and works great cleans all stubborn break dust and the rims shine like crazy after.

Is it real chrome or plastic covered chrome?

The door handles and trim line across the door panels seems like chrome plated plastic and the trim around the windows and trim around the grill seems like metal chrome but I could be wrong. I didn't want to try other pieces in case the same thing happened

Alot of patience
Megs 105 is as good as any metal polish I've used

I don't know if they can be fixed if they are plastic like mine from the factory.

You sure 105? I think 105 might make the plastic chrome door handles worst. 105 or 205 might do fine on metal chrome.

You probually right mine is factory and the the plastic chrome don't seem tough enough to withstand.
Maybe I should only touch the door handles wearing microfiber gloves.
