Sitting here on a frigid Indiana night
Wishing it was detailing season. Last year was a really good one from a detailing standpoint. I don't own a shop or anything, just detail on the side. I did 19 cars last year, including the ones here. The extra money is great, but I also really enjoy the look on people's faces when they see their babies all swirl-free & shiny. I'm ready for Spring!

I'd just like to wash my truck.

You do fantastic work! I joined to learn better tips and tricks for my own vehicles. Seeing what all of you can do here, even on the side, really inspires me. Unfortunately it is frigid here in the Northeast, too, and we are a long way from detailing season.

Re: Sitting here on a frigid Indiana night
For me here winter is detailing season. Spring here is a pollen nightmare and summers I'm in the water every spare second with my jet ski. So I try and get all my side clients in during the winter to save up to blow on gas for the summer.

Thanx! When I was in the navy I spent some time up in Maine, & I know exactly what you're talking about!
