Here’s a 2014 Ford Fusion that was in dire need of a detail and some spot correction. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and didn’t have a chance to do everything (exterior only). I managed to get this detail done in about 4.5 hours…
Process:
• Pressure rinse (a lot of leafs and stuff in the cracks and crevasses)
• Foam lance (4oz Mr. Pink)
• Rinse (inspect)
• 4 bucket wash (2x 4oz Mr. Pink)
• Flood rinse (took note of scratches)
• Iron-X (iron decontamination rinsed after 5-7mins, broke clay towel in on windows)
• APC’ed the wheels (after Iron-X dwelled/rinsed)
• Tarminator (where needed while I waited for products to dwell)
• Clayed with alternative fine towel (wiped dry with WW towels)
• DA spot compound (I only focused on the worse spots)
• LSP sealant/wax (applied by DA)
Products used:
• CG Mr. Pink
• CarPro Iron-X
• Tarminator
• Meg’s D101 APC
