That, in a way, is my point. A lawyer may have tattoos, but in a business environment they are concealed. So for a professional business video, it would be better that a business face is put on.

I definitely get what you are saying. I do and I agreed with allot of your points. I just felt his work definitely outshined his attire. I'd be pleased to have him work on my vehicle, hat and all.
Also, he did say it was just a short detailing video. No mention of it being professional although as I mentioned previously, I assumed it was for that purpose.
Sorry for the negativity I spouted off but I wasn't going to listen to Mr Moneybags stereotypical claims about people with tattoos. I have tattoos!!! That I am proud of, which have personal meaning to me. Let it be known I am also a college grad, far from poor. However, I don't drive a Ferrari so I guess I'm not high class enough. If high class living means stereotyping people then I am proud to say I am not part of that clique.

I too would be very happy with the quality of his work. Like I said, if he polishes cars naked, that's his business. Just don't show that as how you do it.

And he asks for feedback, which is what I tried to supply, hopefully in a respectful manner.
When he [or his photographer] puts the effort into the videos as he does with his detailing, they'll undoubtedly be great.

There is a lot to be said about how someone communicates. Money has never been able to replace or buy character and class.

Your shirt has what I presume is your old business name; it does not match the name given in the title of the video. Also, your hat and shoes are a little distracting. I understand the want and need to be comfortable, but for the sake of the video production I would expect more professional looking attire.
When you are pulling the Mustang out of the garage, there is still tape along the bottom. In my opinion it would be better to take it out of the garage in a completely finished looking state, including the tires, even if dressed tires weren't part of the job.
Too much time is spent at the beginning showing the uncorrected paint. Then at the end of the video, only one side and the nose is shown, both at a very low angle. More time and variety should have been devoted to beauty shots; that's what people want to see.
