The only Mustang I would EVER considering owning or being seen in !
Fantastic peice of history.....
"Bunny" Participated in the Reno Air Races this past weekend. How awesome is that! A couple of Tuskegee airmen were onsite to watch her fly in their honor.

Absolutely beautiful plane!
We have a local that has a P-51, and I see him flying around almost every Saturday in the summer.
WOW very cool
So very awesome, Joe!!
Do you happen to know if she was fitted with the Allison engine that the P-51 originally had, or the Rolls Royce engine that they upgraded to?
Very patriotic detail right there!
Nice to see a couple of the Tuskegee airmen there, not a lot of WWII vets around anymore and I'm sure everyone was in awe of what they've done for our country!!
Fast forward 4 years since the original post..... I happen to be working in Palm Springs California with a crew to polish the aluminum skins of a WWII era B-17 Flying Fortress. The fellas on the crew all chipped in and bought me a ride on Bunny!!! I can't express what an awesome ride it was!! Memories for life!! Best crew and friends ever!!
This is most of the team here.

This was so much fun!!!
In this video the pilot is saying that there is a bogie on our 3 o'clock and asked if we should go get him. I said let's.. DO IT!! Then he banked hard to the right!! You'll see I wasn't ready for the Gs and nearly dropped my phone! LOL!!
