2000 silverado and 2000 grand am gt and camaro

heres my daily driver silverado basically i just use it to haul things around in when need be. i got it a couple years ago and its got tons of dings and scratches and i doubt it was ever washed. i used the Meguiars 3 step on it using a slow speed orbital buffer. im usualy a guy who does things by hand but was just in a hurry. i think i could have brought the shine out better with a high speed buffer but it looks good for a farm truck

oooops hit the wrong button. here are the rest of the pics

heres my fiances car still using the 3 step by hand.

and my camaro with 165,000 miles. it had a spray painted door on it when i got it and they didnt bother to mask it off so there is over spray all over it. the clay bar didnt touch it so i think next time im going to use some paint thinner to remove it. it dont look to bad for a beater daily driver

i am working on building up the better products and more techniques. this is just some goofing around with claybars and waxing.

Instead of paint thinner, you may want to try a more aggressive clay bar. It sounds like you were using an over the counter clay bar, which is a fine clay. You may need to step up to an aggressive clay bar or clay block to get that overspray off.
