Cool Subaru BRZ...cleaned and sealed up!

So one of the guys going on our Fall Dragon run wanted his car cleaned and protected, so we set up a day and I finally got to detail one of the "IT" cars right now, the new Subaru BRZ!

This car sits out side 24/7 and is driven pretty far to work, so I suggested a double layer of protection for this car, so I did the following and keep in mind that he got the car is March and it has NO swirls in the paint:

    -ONR/DP rinseless wash
    -Griot's clay bar
    -DG #101 w/PBA
    -BFCS
    -Alien clean
    -#265 DG tire shine

With my details I don't get into too many "before and after" pics and with the car being so new, well, it doesn't really matter anyways but the car was VERY dirty, the rinse water was the darkest I've ever seen! I do have one "before and after" for yah........

    Before

After (yes, I know its not the same tire/wheel)

Although I like these wheels (noone else seems to though) they are a bit of a PITA to clean as inbetween the spokes the surface is pores and has multiple spokes but no sweat, when I was done doing my rinseless wash I used the left over wash, combined with alien clean to get the job done, I also sprayed down the wheelwells down with some "mystery spray" I've had laying around, got the job done there too.

As you can see in the above pics the car is that "Subaru blue" and it came out great, protected and ready to slay the Dragon (in 28 days!)

These cars have a great profile!

    Curvy!

    Pure Gleeeeem!!

    Aggressive styling!

Partly sunny blue sky on a blue hood

Debadged the Subaru lettering and check out the exhaust, yeah its an aftermarket system and sounds AMAZING!

I really like this shot for some reason!

    DuraGloss-y!!!

In closing........there's the CR-Z in the background, gathering dust, LOL!

I didn't drive the car because it was getting later in the day on Sunday and I had an hour and a half drive home but from everything I hear, this thing goes around corners like its on rails and that's with the stock tires/wheels, so Joel should have a great time on the Dragon with his cleaned and protected BRZ

    Thanks for looking

I really like that shot too. That rear is so sexy.

Good job as the car came out fantastic.

I wish Illinois would drop the stupid front plate law. Ruins the look of so many fine automobiles.

Thanks Chris but I can't bring myself to put my front plate on and have been pulled over once but it was because I didn't use my turn signal and the officer commented on my front plate too. I told him I just got done detailing my car and forgot to put it back on and even told him I was from Detroit originally where the front plate law went away when I started driving in 1986, got away with a warning. On my car especially, the front plate looks really bad on there.

Atleast with his car, he's got that plate relocater and its not as bad, they make em' for my car too but I just can't bring myself to put one on.

I really like the combo of using DG #101 w/PBA and BFCS because I wanted to clean/protect the paint after the clay bar and since he didn't want to go completely out, I feel this combo of DG #101 followed up by BFCS was the way to go instead of the usual #101 w/PBA, followed up by #111 and then some BFCS but I feel that what I did will protect his car very well.
