    good job! may I make a suggestion..

    for lower panels, I hold the buffer upside down. elbow rest on my knees. I find myself more balanced that way, maybe I'm wreak lol, I can't really hold the buffer with just one hand..

    well for me, if I were to extend my arm with one hand on the buffer on lower panels. one my back would hurt, and the buffer can walk on me.

    on horizontal panels I can do one hand, and top vertical panels. but lower panels I have trouble with 1 hand.
