do you guys wet sand by hand or with machine? If so what size sanding pads do you use? About how long does it take to do one headlight? I checked out your website. 40 dollars is a pretty good price.

I wetsand by hand. It all depends on the headligths. The G35 and Lexus only needed to be lightly sanded with 2000 grit and then buffed it took me about 15 minutes a car.

The Nissan was much worse and took me almost any hour to do the whole thing.

My prices start at $40 a pair the price goes up from there if they are really bad.

Its always to good to hear other people's processes for what works. Its a sound system, thanks for sharing.

I just saw a post on another from where a guy uses 1000 grit, then 2000 grit then clear coats the headlamp. This is my first time hearing about this. Anyone have experiences with clear coat on headlights or know if it works well?

    heres the vid

Edit have you tried meguiars plastx? I can't tell if its any better than m205.

I clear coat the lamps after I finish correcting them too. It is a lot easier to sell a service to someone if you can guarantee it for 2 years. I have used UV curable sealers as well as the home made sealer that is talked about a lot on here. Recently I have stuck with the UV curable stuff simply because it's easier to use and I don't have to mix anything up.
