    2010 Toyota Sienna

This car was driven up from Naples, FL to Suffern, NY (1300 miles) Wednesday and Thursday of this week. My family and me needed it when our flight was cancelled during that snow storm that hit the Northeast. We waited 14 hours at the airport before having our flight cancelled.

It was bought new earlier this year and has never been washed, waxed or cleaned in any way. The car actaully belongs to my sister's in-laws' who generously allowed us to drive it back to our house as there was an emergency and we needed to get home immediately.

I decided to give it a wash as it really needed one and it was the least I could do.

    Products used:
CroftgateUSA Wash and Wax Rinseless Wash at 1 oz./2 gallons
    Grit Guard
    CroftgateUSA Tire Shine
    Meguiars APC at 4:1
    Microfiber towels for paint
Terry towels for wheels and tires

    Process:
    1) Clean one panel at a time with the Wash and Wax Rinseless Wash and a soaked microfiber towel
    2) Dry each panl with 2 microfibers (first to pick up most of the water and second to dry up the rest of it)
    3) Clean tires and wheels with APC at 4:1 with terry towels
    4) Cleaned the windows with the Wash and Wax solution

    Befores:

Solution mixed at 1 oz/2 gallons with a Grit Guard

    Afters:

Here is the solution after finishing the entire car. I was trying to show how dirty it really is but it kept its suds. This rinseless wash looks and feels like a car wash and cleans well and even cleans when the solution is this filthy.

This is a reflection off of the rear window.

    Thanks for viewing!

    Looks nice.

How was the Croftgate products? I actually talked to Frank from CroftgateUSA once, but I have never pulled the trigger to try any of their products yet.

My new product of choice for wash, wax, sealant and tire shine!

Try and call him up again and tell him you saw the Toyota Sienna Shawn Tedrow from Suffern, NY did. I just spoke to him today about some stuff.

NICE. Appears to clean and seal great. if you use this product over a waxed car will it simply layer and add to the shine or might it hinder the performance of a high end wax?

I would not imagine this product hindering the performance of the wax on the car. It lays down polymers on the paint like ONR so I don't foresee any negative effects.

    Looks good!

I have to be honest though, and please don't be offended, but I don't like the looks of that tire shine. It just looks too dried out and blotchy to me. Have you tried DP tire gel or Poorboy's World Bold N Bright? I'd be more than happy to send you a sample of either or both to try out.

I am a big fan of the croftgate tire shine. i have a sample of the wash and wax but have not used it yet. I have had issues with the aquanil x to get it to glide on and not streak, have you tried X?

I have used the Aquanil-X and I really like it. You need to make sure to cover the surface with it and then give your wiping microfiber a spray or two just to help it glide. Then, after wiping off the dirt, take a dry microfiber and buff off the extra. Works beautifully.
