    Detailed: 1961 Chevrolet Corvair

This is the oldest vehicle I've done to date.
I just landed a deal with a new referral. The client own 13 vehicles and a motorhome( I'll post some pics of his set up and rides later). This car was I pretty bad shape. It was purchase last week after being found under some pine trees. I was moldy and oxidized. Simply a mess.

    Let's get to it.

    Initial Condition:
Single stage paint oxidation. Lots of "bumps under paint. Massive water spot damage. After talking to my client, he knew that alot of the damage was irreversible. He wanted it to just "shine". Interior was molding and had some water damage. Nothing major though.

    The Process:
    Meguiar's NXT Car wash
(No claying on this one. Owner want me to be as careful as possible.)

    Meguiar's #80
(Edge 2K Yellow pad at #5 setting. Had to wash my 3 pad out 6 times!)

    Pinnacle's XMT Glaze
(Edge 2K Blue pad at #3 setting. I really took my time here massaging it into the paint)

    Pinnacle Liquid Souveran
(Edge 2K White pad at #3 setting. Once again, slow and easy. Let cure for 1 hour and removed by hand.)

The top was cleaned 3 times with a 6:1 Woolite mixture.
The carpets and seats were cleaned 3 times with Meguiar's APC cut 4:1.
Tire and wheels got Purple Power full strength.
All interior rubber and vinyl was treated with FK1's #108 Top Kote Dressing.
Tires recieved Armor All Tire Gell.
All metal got Mothers Metal Polish.
Exterior was wiped down today with FK1's #425 Poly Wipe.

    Total time invested:
    12 hours spanning 2 days.

    Exterior Befores:

    Work in progress:

    Exterior Afters:

That car has been Justinised! Awesome job. Did you polish those spoke wheels? That must be a major pain to get clean.

And what a nice work space!

Justin you never let us down. The #80, XMT, and Souveran made for a nice finish.
