    Loving these "tuning" threads lately!

I'd be going sways, intercooler and brakes/suspension next. Although my butt dyno would say i'm good for a while.

    Love those plumbing pieces.

From my experience be very judicious on those spirited drives. I found out several times how expensive popo encounters are!

In the case of my EN, the FMIC, brakes and suspension are REALLY good. If I had went Stage 2 I probably would've upgraded the FMIC, even though it's not called for by my tuner, N75.

As far as the cops go, I always try to be smart and safe about it, NEVER EVER near other cars on the road, it's gotta be clear...

I got pulled over one time while racing a yellow Ford Focus ST with the plate NOTABUS. I had two car lengths on him in my stock GTI Sport when I got to my turn. I turned. As I drove down Miner Road, mind you I had already slowed back down to like 40 or so, I noticed a pair of Charger headlights gaining rapidly. I pulled myself over. He didn't even turn his lights on until after he put it in park. Got me doing 76 in the 35. He was either really cool for not dropping the racing charge on me or clueless as to what was happening. I figured he picked me cause I was ahead lol. Anyways I show up on court and the judge says I went right by her house when I did it, at this point I'm like oh yea reckless op here I come. But she must've felt bad my lawyer was super late or she noticed I was the only person who came to court that day that wasn't still in pajamas. Whatever the case, she gave me a max speeding fine of 55 in the 35 which I happily paid. Two points are better than six!

There were two speeding tickets before that. All in stock VWs....

Well, it gets pretty heat soaked after 1 pull on the SXTH Element dyno. They showed thermal imagining but when you think about it, after making a good pull, there's air going through that thing quickly to cool it down and besides, it must be good because my tuner doesn't call for one till Stage 3My 2019 Jetta GLI 35th Edition

Yea It must be good my guess is the cost benefit of it at lower stages isn't worth it. Unless you're in the camp I was not in, and you go FBO prior to going up in Stages. I decided to nip the expensive part first(turbo and software) and then pick away at the cheaper items I can do myself at my leisure and by leisure I mean as the wife allows My 2019 Jetta GLI 35th EditionMy 2019 Jetta GLI 35th Edition

Not in your case but some people do mods they don't need to make the build look more impressive.

My old Abarth had a pair of side mounted intercooler and lots of piping, so when a traditional FMIC came along I jumped on it out of efficiency and simplicity alone My 2019 Jetta GLI 35th Edition

I will save the APR Charge Pipes and hoses for when I run out of anything else to do. For the same reason, at that point I'm left dressing up my engine bay for shows and meets. Speaking of which, not having a Facebook is proving quite the challenge for finding local car groups. And I'm not about to make a Facebook for the sake of finding any lol.
