Yes, I got the TCU Software as well. I would recommend on a bone-stock DSG car. It's so good. As for handling more power it increases clutch pressure primarily. That is one reason I want the P3 Digital Gauge pod for not only boost but also trans temp. More torque must equal more heat. One would think anyways. The DSG is stout and combined with the EA888 engine it's a lethal combo when tuned.

I haven't heard about a TCU upgrade for my car but apparently the tune does something with it on when using launch control.
For those who are new to viewing the thread maybe post up some pics of your ride

I was able to pick my lauch RPM. Unfortunately it didn't give me left foot braking and I asked the tuner about it they emailed APR to verify if my file should have it or not. I wish I did....
