Re: 2017 Shelby GT350 and the Dr Beasley's NSP Z1

Nspz1 is the beezneez. I used it on my friend’s Subaru that he helped with. He was blown away as well. It is such a wonderful product

Re: 2017 Shelby GT350 and the Dr Beasley's NSP Z1

i used it on a couple panels on a newer camry after running about 6 passes and it was terrible to wipe off-it was like 70 % came of easy and remaining product glued itself

    2017 Shelby GT350 and the Dr Beasley's NSP Z1

    Did you try fewer passes?
I recall two section passes being about it. That’s what I do, and no problems.

When that happens---I'll pick up polisher again and make a couple of more passes then it'll wipe off easier.

    1.5 oz.. does that work?
    Every vehicle is different.

It's a very good product but not user friendly.

After your last pass make one quick one over your whole section then wipe off

Do you get any correction with only two passes? Since it's an AIO, I'd hope you could at least work it a little bit to correct the surface.

Speaking of correction, how good is the cut on NSP Z1?

Twice, gotten hard where buffer trails were still present and I could not remove. Again---took the buffer and did couple light passes--bam, easy wipe off.

After using the Z1 on a few cars and a boat I've found the same thing. Wipe-off can be a bit sticky.

Like you - if I had areas where product was difficult to wipe-off - I just buzzed over the area with the polisher and whatever product was on the pad - this seems to re-liquefy the film on the paint and then I wipe off IMMEDIATELY and no problems.

I called Jim and asked him about this and he said climate can be in influence.

Besides that - what we are experiencing is the nano ceramic coating setting-up or curing. So it's part of the characteristics of a Ceramic AIO.

Jim and his team do read this forum and see our comments. He told me he's working on this formula. Remember - this is brand new chemistry, it will go through an evolution.

I used this product on a truck over the weekend and a boat and in my write-ups for these two projects I'll share one of my techniques for working with Z1
