    Nice work Tommy!!! Looks freakin awesome.


    May I suggest the Forrest green (or any color in that lineup) towels Mike always suggest for removal. The 530’s are a great towel but they don’t have the bite to remove some polishes and waxes. I like the 530s for WOWO waxes but not polish removal.

    Did use the forest green towels. Wasn’t cutting it.

    Tried the yellow. Not too bad. Still hard to pull off polish.

    Then the grey 530 towels. Just tad better than yellow.

    Looks good my man !

    Ford definitely nailed it with those new Gt350's.
    Pretty wicked cars.

    My brother has a Blue with black stripes that I did and coated with Kamikaze Zipang. The paint on those cars is so nice to work with.

    I also love that red/ burgundy in those cars. I think Sizzle Chest did one and also looks beautiful.

    Fun cars for sure with the flowing body lines, not to mention those cars literally handle on rails.

    With that said....F-body's 4 life


    I also found that product to be hit or miss each application for removal. Not exactly user friendly for a rookie but definitely worth the extra effort.
    On darker colors you definitely have to inspect closely or you will leave haze and holograms if not worked properly.

    Interesting. Thank for the reply. Kinda makes me want to not try it.... but the results look so great from people who have used it thus far that I’m going to have to try it. Especially if the durability stands the test of time.

    I'm detailing an old 2-door Chevy tomorrow. Just a one-step production detail. I'll monitor and pay attention to wipe-off.





    The reason I asked this question to Tommy in the first place was because I thought I had remember the wipe-off to be a tick sticky as compared to products like BLACKFIRE One Step, which is the benchmark to beat for ease-of-wipe-off.


    Here's the first car I used Z1 on, (I think?),

    Review: Dr. Beasley's NSP Z1 - One Step Primer & Nanocoating with Ti02 & Si02 + Composite Engineered Abrasives


    If you scroll down the thread you can read what I wrote for wipe-off AND also all the other key areas of performance and overall I think the product is a winner. I'll invest a little more time and effort into the wipe-off for the extended longevity of the protection because it's still a one-and-done process with pro grade results.


    Jim aka Dr. Beasley reads this forum and I know he loves to get real-world feedback from folks like us. I also know, if he can tweak and improve a formula he will. It's part of the evolution of great products. Remember - this is BRAND NEW.

    Remember when RUPES first introduced the BigFoot 15 and 21 polishers? Now known as the "Legacy" polishers. And now they are on Mark III versions? So all great companies continually improve their products but part of the improvement process is real-world feedback.

    Very darn good stuff for a brand new product!

    I AM going to push this for those want coating at a lower price point.

    Question---Just how much product should you have left in tube?

    I have less than a half of a tube. Maybe a third of a tube. It that about right?

    This may shed some light.

    Also found directions on website how to use. See below.

    DIRECTIONS

    For best results, conduct a thorough decontamination prior to application. Wash with Premium Body Wash, chemically decontaminate with Total Decon and mechanically decontaminate with a clay bar and Clay Spray.

    Starting with a panel or small area, conduct 5-8 section passes using a foam pad and machine buffer at a medium speed.

    Wipe away with a clean microfiber towel and visually inspect paint with a powerful light to observe results.

    Repeat steps 2-3 on each panel or small area until all paintwork has been buffed to desired results.

    AFTER-CARE: To ensure durability, wash every 2 weeks with Ceramic Body Wash and rejuvenate every 3 months with AdvanceCoat: Gloss. With proper after-care, NSP Z1 protection can last a year or more on even a daily driver.



    I am wondering if medium speed be the key to easier wipe off?
    I had my CBeast all out at speed setting of 6.

    Not in the directions is how much product to put on pad.
    I went in the middle between Rupes 3 spot of polish and AIO heavy and wet.

    This could may have an effect on wipe off.

    Biggest and strangest thing is that after trying to wipe off---hit again with polisher a couple light passes, then it becomes really easy pull off.
