Back in the shop! My new truck + 300s and Trackhawk!!!
Happy New Year's everyone. It's been a bit since I posted between everything that happened with my family and the holidays it's been a mess.
So let's kick this off. Right before Christmas my wife and I decided to step up and purchase a new truck. Our past 2 Silverado's were good trucks but older and higher mileage when we purchased them. But they severed the purpose.
I had been hunting for a F250, Denali 2500 or High Country. Like most I put in my time researching the market and really figuring out what we wanted.
My wife's only request. It had to be blue. Mainly because her horse trailer is blue and God forbid her truck doesn't match lol. I looked at a 2017 Denali 2500. 6.0 gas in blue. Nice truck but even being a GM guy for 49k dollars it didn't do it for me. And the 8 speed auto transmission issues they are known for kept lingering in my head.
The next day a customer and sales woman who works for the local Dodge dealer posted this beautiful blue 2017 F250 Lariat Fx4 loaded blue with 26k miles. Needless to say we loved it and took it home.
Yesterday and today were rare warm days so I took advantage and got it all coated. The body and paint were really well kept and it only needed a good one step with IGL F1, yellow IGL foam pad and Mark ll 21mm. The paint got IGL Kenzo, wheels, suspension and trim got IGL Eclipse high temperature industrial coating.
So I recently did a new Trackhawk for a new client. He managed to find a Brand New 2018 leftover Trackhawk.
Wheels/tires- Mckees foaming wheel cleaner gel, tire and rubber rejuvenator, IGL Eclipse high temperature industrial coating, Hyper dressing
Wash/decon- hyper wash, Meguiars iron decon, nanoskin fine grade towel
Correction- one step with IGL F1, Mckees microfiber pad, Rupes Mark ll 21mm
LSP- IGL Quartz+ 3year coating
Next up was a 300S.

Awesome truck, Justin!
Great work as always, and very good to hear from you.....
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Congrats on your new truck. Love the color. I am amazed at how awesome the frame and suspension look, you know it doesn't take long for us salt belt folks to see rust forming.
The Trackhawk and the 300 look really nice too.

Congratulations with the new truck. The F-250 Lariat FX4 is a beast. You should have no problem pulling the trailer with that truck.
Great job detailing these vehicles.
