Damn. That thing pops now.
Love that color! Awesome job, Mike.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Re: 2019 Blazer RS AWD
Awesome looking SUV!
Looking amazing when you have worked on it Guz! Great write up and pictures. Can only imagine the frustration when you notice that the etching is too deep. As you have mentioned better to save the clearcoat in the longrun.
The benefit with DRL lights being placed by them self. Is later on if they breaks and if it's of the kind where you have to replace the whole DRL light. With some vehicals that has them in the headlights and you can not replace on the LED bulbs or how to describe it. You need to be changing the whole headlight just cause of the broken DRL. And no surprise that this is very expensive to do. Then maybe a better placement of them would be looking better. But I'm very noticeble of the vehicals that has the DRL lights in the headlights if I'm interested or not to be buying the vehical in the future. With the laws here in Sweden the DRL must work if they have them.

Funny story about "outrage" over the Blazer being built in Mexico. The UAW raised a huge stink over this and essentially forced GM to pull down a Blazer that they had on display at the ballpark in Detroit (GM's been displaying cars there for several years).
In reality, we have been building cars, trucks, and SUV's at Ramos Arizpe for nearly 40 years and was one of the first GMAD's I ever set foot in. The UAW has a very selective memory.

While we are off topic, I wish they'd add the 3.0 twin turbo from the Cadillac. Would be out of my price range, though.
