Cadillac DTS
This came in for a detail. Owner wanted it beautiful.
It was seriously trashed, left out in elements too long, door/trunk channels and door jams has moss and algae!!!
Debris everywhere...behind molding as well. Tons of dirt was flushed out. It took awhile to get it all out of the car everywhere!
Paint was rock hard. I was not able to find anything that could cut it. None!! Gotta be Imron paint or equivalent to Imron! I gave up. The paint was glossy enough as it stood.
But paint was very dirty....
Did the Duragloss 105/601 and really cleaned out the dirt in the paint. That did the trick.
Interior was a mess.
Did the engine bay as well as a complimentary.
And headlight restoration as well.
Onto pics...
Hold on...

Tom, just use Tap Talk for words too.
Turn off that old wooden computer. Lol
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Paging Eldorado, please report to the showroom...Eldo!
Nice work, Tommy. Don't you just love it when you think you've cleaned those jambs, sills, hood/trunk lid recesses and they still leach out a little more black/greenish crud during the rinse?
Nice restoration work, my friend. Even if the paint was a bit difficult, the comprehensive package of "correction" i.e.engine, floor mats, leather, headlights etc. all put together blows people away. Nicely done.
