Breaking the ice for the forum

    Afternoon All!

New to the forum and newly back into the detailing world after some military time and such. Came across a random set of jobs I did when first starting my detailing journey 10-12 years ago.
Figured it'd be pretty cool to have my own time capsule post to show what was then and break into the posts to come with all the new resources available - was pretty awesome to see so much activity still on some of these forums and you guys don't disappoint. Some awesome work you guys have done that only gets my itching to grab a car and get after it!

That said, these jobs were some yearsssssss ago when I started out. Photo'd is a F250 Powerstroke - Honda Del Sol - Infinity G35

    Exterior products from Menzerna
    Interior Products from Meguiars

    F250 Before

F250 After - My younger brother(19 now, time is flying) and father decided to be my models

Honda Del Sol Before - Girls dad gave her a custom paint job and had it "detailed up" and I happen to get it
Nice paint job and concept - Heavy Royal Blue flakes and Black

    Honda Del Sol After

G35 Before/After - Cant seem to locate the full set of photos but a solid before and after on the Red hood shows the difference

Thanks for looking and hope to add more to the forum coming really soon. Appreciate any comments and convo!

    Best,
    Chris

    Nice work, man!
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Welcome to our group therapy, thank you for your service and keep the pictures and questions coming. I have always said that detailing is evolutionary. New products, tools and techniques are always being developed. What we used 10 years ago is considered old technology.

Appreciate that. Couldn’t agree more, the last week or so of getting my bearings back on this forum was amazing in all the products and ways things get done.

Awesome work! Fun to see what you have done before. And what you are going to do in the future will be interesting to see.
