Great looking car and that colour is just radiant
My dad had one of these cars but the steering wheel was on the other side ,lol

Holy smokes that thing is straight! And flawless.
Great colors for that car. Really nice to see one done so tastefully versus some of the stuff you see at the big shows. (I know, to each their own). I bet the owner was thrilled!
Awesome work as always man!

That just might be the nicest blue I’ve ever seen. I could only imagine cruisin the island in that beauty. Amazing work as always my Kiwi Brother.

That is a beutieful car. And fun to read that the bodyshop goes the extra mile to an awesome finish. Your work is outstanding!

Thanks Tony.
Yeah buddy, I like it that these guys care about what they produce enough to let someone else (me) finish the job in a way that they perhaps haven't learned, or simply don't have the time to invest in doing so. Thanks for chiming in Tony.

It sure was a great Blue! I'm not the biggest fan of Blue. it just isn't me but yeah, this was stunning.

Hard to believe they went to all the work to move all the controls to the right hand side not only inside the car but under the hood.
Thank you Mike.
Haha, I forget you guys think we are 'wrong side drive'. Actually, Ford Australia imported the chassis & front sheet metal for these but built the body etc in Australia, so as new, these were right hand drive down this way . . . or 'wrong side drive' perhaps.

Thank you good Sir. Yes, the blue went real nice with the chrome & the white wall tyres.

Awh cool, Thats awesome you have a connection with one. This was a nice build, I was a little surprised just how sweetly this thing ran . . . it was faultless.

Absolutely! I don't know the history of this one very well but I do know this is the second resto back to back. The first was a failure in terms of quality issues but now, now this thing is remarkable, incredibly straight indeed. I too like how its been finished - like you said 'each to their own' but for me I'd struggle to change anything on this '54. Appreciate your comments John.

Thank you Don my Brother.
Yes indeed! Like I said to Klasse Act, Blue just isn't my colour but this one, this one I think I could live with. Haha, funny you say that, as I was working on it it was a stunning day out & I did infact imagine cruising down the East Coast . . . Hills on one side, Pasific Ocean on the other, Sun in the sky . . . this sweetie just purring away . . oh yeah!

Engine bay picture for anyone curious what was under the bonnet . . . Or ‘hood’ as you folks say.

The paint and the color on that car are superb! It is great to see a classic car as factory original and factory perfect as that machine is. Thank you for preserving history. The only problem is, the damn steering wheel and pedals are on the wrong side.
