Good work! I love my TSX. 2009 6MT with 204,000 miles. It just keeps kicking butt!

Looks great. Is that an 04 or 05? I had a 2008 TSX and that was an awesome car.

That’s an 04. 6 speed manual, 152K miles. I’ve had it since 08.

Looking great and nice beading
Do you experience any difference from the toppers you have used?
And which do you like the most?

AW and D156 apply and look similar, but AW is thicker and leaves more of a thick sealant appearance. It makes flakes sparkle in the sun. The appearance of D156 is more acrylic looking I think. Less flake pop, more silver surfer/cast-steel look on the Acura. They both bead beautifully, I can’t tell difference in n beads, but the AW lasts longer.
Extender Spray, again pretty similar, but a bit more of a clear, glassier look I think. I haven’t been able to check out durability on this as it’s pretty new to me.

Oh, and as for favorites of these 3 (or any), it’s too hard to say since they all are so good, but if I had to pick one at the moment, Extender would be my pick of the day. On any other day, other sprays could be my pick depending on what I’m looking for, what I want to accomplish, what my lsp is, etc.

It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Update: Whether it’s the SiO2 wash or the Trademark Extender Spray, the car definitely beads more strongly now than it has with DG AW or D156. While the two latter do bead very well, while waterless washing now there was a definite difference in hydrophobicity (more so).
