First clay bar on the new car

Well I’m an amateur compared to the jobs I see everyone else post, but this came out ok imo. Just need the sun to tuck back behind a cloud so I can get a quick coat of wax down.

Will get more pictures up when I get them off my camera.

On another note, has anyone used this before? Was at pep boys getting a few items and saw it. Only 5.99 for a 14 oz can so I thought I’d give it a shot.

    Car looks Great!!

Never heard of that glass cleaner. Give it a shot and let us know.....

Sprayway is an excellent glass cleaner, and I get it at my local grocery store for 3.99 a can.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Update on the glass cleaner... It works great! It's an aerosol, but foams up into a nice lather and leaves no streaks. 10 out of 10. Here's a shot of the whole car after a bath this morning.

Re: First clay bar on the new car

Tell you what I did today.
For the very first time I used the Optimum ONR with a big sponge ...AND..used their Optimum Clay Towel immediately afterward. And I mean IMMEDIATELY after using the own Spray Wax as the lubricant. Meaning - I washed, Clayed, and waxed my wifes RX350 all at once!!

As stated, I've never used their gear before and after seeing a video on Rag Co / YouTube on "How To" do all three of these things at once! Skeptical-Yes!

Other than having some hang ups with their TINY Clay Towel, the finish did come out very smooth using a nice dry and polish towel to try and clean n dry it up.

    Anyone else an Optimum Fan?
