    Wife’s Escalade

We as detailers often have a tough time of keeping our own vehicles clean. I’m one of those guys that work 60 hours a week at my regular job and detail on my off days. This makes no time for my own fleet. I had a cancellation on Sunday and this gave me a chance to do a full correction on my wife’s suv. So here she is:

    1. Washed with Meguiars ultimate wash then clayed via clay mitt
    2. Cleaned wheels using wheel woolies and Meguiars wheel cleaner
    3. Removed iron via ironx
    4. Paint was corrected via porter cable 7424 and Meguiars yellow pad using M105
    5. Paint was polished with M205
    6. Paint was coated with McKees paint coating for a 3 year protection.

I think that the wife is now happy!!

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, I was hurting, but it had to be done. I’m used to getting one done within a day. As for the Trans Am, it doesn’t get driven much. Usually only start it up to move it out of the garage. It is a fully built motor car. It has 230k on the clock, but looks brand spanking new. It has been in a couple magazines as well.
