Good Lord, Scott. There's detailing, and then there's DETAILING.
Incredible. :dblthumb2:
Hi Scott. I've read every single one of your Show'n'Shine's here on AG, but I've never asked this question till now. I'm a newb and wondering what the paint measuring tool does for you, as I don't see others really utilizing that. Does it help you determine what correction/pad/polish combo to use? Could I benefit from it as a newb?
Thanks Paul, much appreciated!
amalik: thank you for checking out all my write ups! Absolutely a PTG can help even a ‘newb’. It gives me an idea of ‘how much’ clear or paint I have to work with. So yes, in a nutshell, it can assist in determining what combo to use as well as how many passes/etc, and how much ‘correction’ can be performed. Hope this helps!
Do a search on hear about paint gauges. Some great info on what ones worked well, how much and where to purchase. The red light is my IR curing light. It speeds up the curing time of ceramic coatings.
