Turned out real nice, it is a better truck than I first thought too. A nice solid truck in great shape.

I agree, not a bad looking truck at all. I cannot remember ever seeing a Transtar before but I have seen a couple of later model Studebaker Champ versions.

Polishing out SIVs is a whole nuther thing, isn't it! It feels so special to polish this out than a regular daily driver.
I can just feel the fun factor that one gets from polishing something just like that Studebaker! And the color? Lordy, seeing the transformation in purple is a lot more fun than something like white.
