    clay vs pane

    i got costumer he by a plane not small not big
    1.can i use clay to do 1st
    2.its aluminium what i can use for that paint
    3.what i can use for protection for paint after poshing
    any idea?

    ps.i cant put that thing in my shop

    Go to utube, several good clips on polishing planes...both painted and bare aluminum.

    I'm not a professional detailer, but I am a professional pilot.

    Please do a lot of research before doing any work. Aircraft use very different paints than cars, and control surfaces are precisely rigged and easily damaged. Pay extra attention to not clog pitot tubes or static ports with product and use only approved products on the windshield and other glass/plastic. They scratch easily with the wrong products.

    I'll defer to the experts here on what products are best.
