LSN Autodetailing - 2016 Corvette Stingray - New Car Prep Detail

Customer came to me with a brand new 2016 Corvette Stingray, wanting to have the car coated.
The Ray was in immaculate condition paint wise, with the exception of a few very minor RID's and some marring on a side panel.
Customer did not want interior done, (he wants to do that himself), and did not want anything engine related done, although we trim detailed all the black pastics under the hood and wiped down.
Sadly we did not take any pic's of engine, as customer really wanted to focus on the outside of the vehicle.

The weather was crap! Rain for two days... Luckily, instead of cancellation, we opted to detail the car at the owners residence in his garage.
Again, luck was with us as there was a break in the rain for 2 hours between 7am - 9am for us to do all the wheels, wash and decon outside.
Just as we got the car into the garage to dry, it started pouring out!

Here is the products & steps, sorry for the long write-up. Enjoy!

    Wheels:
Griot's Garage Heavy Duty Wheel cleaner / wheel woolies & daytona speed brush
Plastics in wheel wells cleaned with Pinnacle APC 4:1 ratio & Black MF Towels.

    Wash:
Luckily no tar/sap/ to deal with, went right to the wash:
    CarPro Iron-X
3BM (1 for wheels) with Grit Guards
Two different colored Chenille wash mits (to keep track of upper / lower body panels)
    Megs Hyper Wash
    AG Foam Cannon
Dry with air leaf blower & HUGE guzzler primed w/ D114
Wheels dried with MF & Pinnacle Crystal Mist as drying agent
Wheels covered to keep dry and dust free

    Clay:
    Pinnacle Fine Poly Clay
Megs D114 as clay lube (1:128)

Tape off: (thanks to Interior Gal)
All Plastics completely taped and vents taped shut
    All emblems covered in tape

    Correction:
Griot's G15 / BOSS White Pad and BOSS Correcting Cream
BOSS White Pads & Fast Correcting Cream on deeper RIDS & marring
Removed all tape after correction completed

    Coatings:
CarPro Erasure entire vehicle including wheels
Pinnacle Black Diamond Surface Prep Polish on Glass and Door Jams
CQUK on entire body of vehicle
CarPro DLUX on all wheels & all plastics
Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coating on all Glass & Door Jams, including the spare Glass Roof not on the vehicle.

    Tires and Engine plastics:
    BLACKFIRE AIO Tire & Trim

Used 3 full bins of MF Towels. For Polish & LSP, used nothing but brand new Gold Plush Jr MF's
Used 4 BOSS white pads, 1 BOSS Orange, 1 LC CCS Yellow

    Enjoy!

Hi Ron, sorry, I forgot to mention that in my write-up. I use Pinnacle Exhaust Cleaner & Brightener and the Lake Country Exhaust Polishing Sponge.
