I vote to add a rule that states no YouTube spamming. This forum is for gaining knowledge and contributing knowledge about detailing, not growing someoneís channel. The rules should indeed be...

Best detailing product Iíve used in the last few years. Two big thumbs up from me
  4. Re: Griot's Garage PFM Terry Weave Towel, not exactly that soft ?!...

Try the PFM towel and compare its performance and ability to soak up water to the cheap towel.

    Re: Antique Car Detailing Clay

You could buy a box meant for a bar of soap to keep the clay in. I used to have one. It worked fine.

I took a hiatus from the other site for quite a long time before I came back. Sometimes itís needed and is beneficial.

    Re: Grass clippings on truck

Itís not being anal. I donít know many non Autogeeks who want grass all over their cars either. If nothing is said it will just continue. People donít care about other peopleís property as Iíve...
  16. Re: Okay...whoís done it? Polish a ceramic stove top with a DA?

I use that on my kitchen sink. I follow with a quick detail with silicone spray. Gives a nice, but short lived shine.

Re: Are you kidding me, dealer?!?

Makes me have little faith in dealers. I just consider myself very lucky mine saw my sign and followed it. Sounds to me you have some paint correction coming up before winter.

  22. Re: Can a Rinseless Wash Soap be used for a normal 2BM Wash?

When my sheepskin mitts die out,Iím going to switch to those soft MF ones.A Youtube video on mitts convinced me to.
  23. Re: Okay...whoís done it? Polish a ceramic stove top with a DA?

In theory it ought to work. Gotta know what pad and polish to use though. You could try ceramic polish made for glass stove tops. Too bad we donít have a test panel to experiment on first.
  24. Re: Can a Rinseless Wash Soap be used for a normal 2BM Wash?

I think youíre wise to use the multiple mitts if your carís paint is black and soft.

Re: Winter Storage: Blanket under Car Cover?

I used to use two car covers one on top of another; a Noah and a Weathershield. Worked well since both allow for moisture evaporation.
