Re: How to Make Money on SUV's

I can’t believe I fell victim to an old thread. Oops. Fortunately, anyone looking into this well into the future will hopefully find it beneficial to their (current & future) business.

How to Make Money on SUV's

One pattern that I come across the most, when it comes to pricing is that most people fall into the category of “not the most expensive in the area.”

What is wrong with pricing correctly and as a...

  6. Re: Cutting Differences between Sonax SONAX EX 04-06 and Rupes Quarz Gloss for use 2017 Honda Civic

In terms of the best one-step approach, I personally would go with Sonax Perfect Finish with RUPES yellow pad.

Of course, a multi-step process will yield the best results.

    Going from Keramik to...

  10. Re: Sonax PNS, GYEON Cancoat or Optimum Opti-Seal

All these products, when applied properly, will yield up to 6 months if I am not mistaken. I haven’t used CanCoat yet, but the other ones will work as advertised. I think that the few times I used...
  11. Re: Do microfiber-specific detergents clean any better than "free & clear" detergents?

Micro-Restore doesn?t just clean microfiber, it restores microfiber!

Have you used this yet? It works wonders and does make a difference.
  12. Re: If you could only use two or three product lines for all your detailing needs, what would you choose?

I exclusively use the RUPES system. Slowly I have been diving into and loving P&S products. They work and are priced reasonably.
  13. Re: If you could only use two or three product lines for all your detailing needs, what would you choose?

    1) RUPES
    2) Optimum
    3) Meguiar’s

Honorable mentions goes to CARPRO. They make spectacular products. I just wanted a balance of cost and quality.

Re: Use old business name or start new one?

This is an easy one for me as I would go with a new name personally. Having the opportunity for a fresh start is nice when you know you can.

    Re: Steamers...

I wouldn’t go as far as saying you are wasting your time with a cheap one. It’s is still very possible to get great results with an economic model. I did it for years.
  18. Business Advice About Joining Mechanic Shop With My Detailing Shop Question

  25. Re: non-professional comparison Rupes V Griot's G15
