    Re: Remove house hold paint

I cannot speak to this, as I have no experience cleaning those fabric liners.

Re: G15 or G21 on large SUV?

A lot of things to factor here.

*What is the condition of the paint? (i.e is it hammered? Like new?)

*What color is the vehicle? (Black? Light-colored or metallic?)

    *What are your...

Re: Anyone still use old school combos?

No way I could not touch my truck for 2 years.

And, I’d appreciate it if you’d stop trying to push coatings like they are crack or something.

    Oh, wait a minute……. [emoji38]

Re: Coating suggestion for new car graphics

We got our first Maverick in last week at my dealership.

I have to say it is a pretty sharp little truck. :props:

I would just use anything you have for the 1-2 months until then.

Re: Anyone still use old school combos?

    Well now that depends......

Twice a year with Collinite, and the protection it gives lasts all the way through a harsh NY winter with ease. :)

    Re: coating after paint

Get the "30 days" in writing, then coat it.

If any problems arise, he will have to repaint it on his dime....... :)
  15. Re: Blasted AC spec sticker off - how to stick it back?

My first thought would be to check with your Jeep parts guy at the dealership and have him order you a new one.

If they are unavailable, I would then try 3M spray adhesive. It is some really...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

    Yup, Roger is right.

If you have deeply embedded contaminates, only a true clay will work to remove them.

The synthetic alternatives are great if you keep your paint in good condition...

That wouldn't help these people, Bill.

You'd have to explain it to them for 45 minutes, and then they'd still be confused and bring a lawsuit against you for misinformation three months from now....
