Ech2o on my wife’s car and Ultima ww on my son’s.
  3. Re: Safest way to clean dried mud off of paint?

Thanks what I was thinking. See how much you can get off with a flooding action of the hose before hitting it with power washer.
  4. Re: '14 Harley Dyna Low Rider - First time working on someone else bike

    Re: Ceramic Coating getting clogged

How about using a rinseless or waterless product. Takes less time and if you use some like Ech2o then you’ll get a shine boost.

Clay and spray wax with clay bar

Yvan, the former OPT guy, shows in several videos using Spray wax as a clay lube for a clay towel. I’d like to do this but prefer using an old fashion clay bar (pinnacle ultra fine atm). Can I do...
  15. Re: Need a really good bug melter - ECH2O doesn't touch bugs

Also forgot to mention, dwell time can be a real weapon (for both sides). I sometimes wet a piece of paper towel in APC or Rinseless/waterless and stick it over the the corpse. A minute or two later...
  16. Re: Need a really good bug melter - ECH2O doesn't touch bugs

On your other thread I suggested the Gyeon Bug & Grime since you have CanCoat on your bike. Gtechniq & CarPro also make products to remove bugs from coating.

    Re: ECH2O on CanCoat

You might need to let it dwell. I sometimes use a blue paper towel soaked and places over the remains to get it off. You might also look into an APC like OPT power clean or a dedicated bug off...

With my health issues, using rinseless/waterless, I’ve been doing things section by section for a long time. However, trying to do that with coating proves to be a real pain in the tuckus. Whatever...

Re: When to replace microfiber towels

Do those tide pods have any fabric softener in them? Also, some SIO2 sealants can clogs towels. You’d need to soak them in a bucket with APC or Rags to Riches to help with that.

As far as washing, looking into rinseless products. Then all you need is a bucket, 2-3 Gallons of water with the solution in it, and some towels. Machine correction is a little more difficult but...
