I would have to say CarPro Hydro 2. I also just did a quick once over on my brothers escape with some stuff he had. I am pretty impressed by armor all outlast trim product and its durability
Go for all 3- once you become comfortable with the process the results are phenomenal. I cut and buff my own cars after paint, but would love to go more in depth especially on cars you don't...
If you have them that clean I would etching primer them as others have said, but I have used aerosol truck bed liner in fender wells before and it's pretty tough stuff.

Bob is 100% correct. You can still add it now, it may not be as effective as it would be in fresh fuel. It will help prevent any further gum or varnish.

Pictures would help, there are tons of products, a good cleaning then treat with anything from UTTG,WETS. Or 303 protectant. It kind of depends on preference
